In which some newly health-conscious students in Florida refuse to sell candy for fundraisers, gym students pay their teacher a buck a day to not do gym, the term "freshman" is frowned upon, students rehearse a play in their skivvies, and some keep the school-week staying at home. (I get extra points for a vague Emily Dickinson reference, and I'm not even a big fan!)

We're in a different venue this week, with different equipment; after a rocky start, the quality settles down a bit. Thanks for your patience, and don't hurt your ears!

A "live" podcast from the Winter Dance, in which a student gets in touch with his Scottish roots and is barred from a dance, another wears dresses to protest a ban on shorts, weather forecasters disparage the wisdom of the groundhog, and a bus driver is arraigned for encouraging systematic bullying on his cheesewagon. We also briefly delve into the burning question of who should be asking whom to a dance, while West Virginia schools dance their way to slimmer, trimmer students with a video game program.
